“We found ourselves without water yesterday. It was a Saturday. We figured for sure no one would come help us till Monday. But we called Martin Hammond anyway. He tried to help us troubleshoot over the phone but nothing worked. So within half an hour, he came to our house to determine the problem himself. He assessed the issue and knew he’d need a crew. Within two hours he was back with the crew and two vehicles. That didn’t work so he was back again on Sunday morning, ready to do what had to be done. He kept us informed throughout the entire process. He listened to our concerns about time and cost. He and his team worked tirelessly and efficiently through the pouring rain, and got the problem fixed for us. He was soaked through to the bone yet he remained pleasant, calm and professional. About six hours later, he called just to follow up and make sure everything was working well.

“I had a new well pump installed and the original company I had managed to get the pump stuck during installation. This left my home without any water. After calling Martin he brought a truck as soon as possible to try and rectify the problem. Although he was unable to free the pump that was stuck, he went the extra mile to ensure the well-being of my family even amidst the COVID lockdown and a snowstorm. Martin managed to install a new pump and provide water to the house that will work temporarily until a new well can be drilled.
